This site is operated by Charlie Andreou, a UK sole trader trading as goodbyechase. For privacy questions or requests, email charlie@happyaccident.uk.
What this site does
This is a music listening and links page. There are no visitor accounts, checkout, mailing-list forms, advertising pixels or first-party audience analytics. The music player, visual effects and volume controls run on your device. Cursor/tap positions used for the grain effect are temporary animation state and are not sent to us by the page.
Information involved in a visit
Delivering the site and its audio involves technical request information, such as an IP address, browser/device information, the resource requested and request time. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver content, protect the service and diagnose faults. We use OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare delivery/security. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing a functioning, secure music website for necessary delivery and security processing.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. We use these to answer your enquiry or privacy request, relying on our legitimate interests in handling correspondence or our legal obligations where applicable. Please do not send sensitive information unless necessary.
Optional Spotify player
No Spotify player is loaded just by visiting this page or opening its library dialog. The dialog offers a separate choice to allow the optional player. If you allow it, your browser connects to Spotify and its service providers. Spotify receives technical request information and may use cookies and similar technologies under its own policies. If you sign in or save a track, Spotify handles your account information; this website does not receive your Spotify password or access to your library.
We rely on your consent to load the optional embedded player. You can choose “Not now” or use “Open in Spotify” without loading an embed here. After allowing the player, select “Remove player / withdraw consent” or close the dialog to stop loading it. Consent is not remembered after closing the dialog, and you can use the music page without giving it.
Removing an embed does not delete cookies Spotify has already stored or undo previous processing. Manage those through your browser or Spotify. Read Spotify's privacy policy and cookie policy.

Other services and links
Fonts, logo assets, audio and custom visual effects are served from this site. Social icons are local images, not social tracking widgets. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate provider, such as Spotify, Instagram, SoundCloud, Bandcamp or TikTok, whose own terms and privacy practices apply.
Hosting/security providers process information needed to operate the service; Spotify processes information when its player is allowed or you visit Spotify. Relevant provider information is available in the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.
Retention and international processing
The custom page does not create a visitor profile or keep a listening history. Temporary player/animation state disappears when the page is closed or reloaded. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related legal obligations or claims.
Hosting, security and Spotify processing is subject to the providers' retention arrangements. These providers operate internationally and processing may take place outside the UK. Their policies describe their processing and transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request; we do not set or claim a fixed retention period for provider-managed security records.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and obtain portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent for future optional-player loading at any time as described above, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Email us to exercise your rights.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
